Refunds and Exchanges

1. Since the products are made to order, returns are only accepted under the following circumstances:

  • defect
  • manufacturing defect
  • damage during delivery

2. Complaints

A return request may be submitted within 7 days of receiving the order.

In order for the request to be considered, the customer must:

  • provide photographic material
  • describe the problem
  • Keep the product in its original condition

3. Decision

In the event of a valid complaint, the Merchant:

  • replace the product
  • refund the amount

4. Restrictions

Claims will not be accepted in the following cases:

  • low quality of images provided by the client
  • incorrectly entered data
  • normal color variations

5. Product Return

If a return is approved, the Merchant is responsible for the return shipping costs.
