  • Online payment by debit/credit card

1. Cash on delivery

If you choose cash on delivery, the amount is paid to the courier upon receipt of the package.

Payment can be made:

  • in cash
  • by card (depending on the courier’s capabilities)

2. Online payment

When selecting online payment, the customer makes the payment through a secure payment system.

We do NOT store credit card information. All payments are processed through certified payment service providers.

4. Declined or failed payments

При неуспешно онлайн плащане, поръчката не се счита за завършена и няма да бъде обработена.

5. Възстановяване на суми

If a refund is required:

  • For online payments – the amount will be refunded using the same method
  • for cash on delivery – by bank transfer or another agreed method

Delivery via Econt

Delivery is handled by the courier company Econt.

It can be delivered to a courier office, a self-service postal station, or an address specified by the customer.

Delivery times to your address depend on the courier’s workload and schedule.

Overview

All of our products are shipped with a “preview” option. The customer has the right to inspect the shipment upon receipt.

If a problem is identified, it is recommended that a report be drawn up in the presence of the courier.

Liability for Delivery

The merchant is not liable for:

  • delays caused by the courier company
  • damage incurred during transport when no damage report was filed upon receipt
