Since the products are made to order, returns are only accepted under the following circumstances:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>defect<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>manufacturing defect<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>damage during delivery<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Complaints<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A return request may be submitted within 7 days of receiving the order.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In order for the request to be considered, the customer must:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>provide photographic material<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>describe the problem<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Keep the product in its original condition<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Decision<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In the event of a valid complaint, the Merchant:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>replace the product<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>refund the amount<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. Restrictions<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Claims will not be accepted in the following cases:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>low quality of images provided by the client<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>incorrectly entered data<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>normal color variations<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">5. Product Return<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If a return is approved, the Merchant is responsible for the return shipping costs.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">6.
